Shipping policy

At CABA COSMETICS, we’re committed to delivering your beauty essentials safely, quickly, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For regional or international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.


Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Order Confirmation & Tracking:
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details. As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for real-time delivery updates.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery for orders over AED 299

  • A flat AED 10 fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Orders below AED 299 may be subject to standard shipping fees at checkout, depending on the promotion or location


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE with an additional AED 10 service charge, regardless of the order amount. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.


Refused or Missed Deliveries

If you change your mind before the order is dispatched, you may cancel the order free of charge.

If you refuse delivery or are unavailable at the time of delivery, and the package is returned to us, a reshipment fee may apply. However, if you contact us in advance or notify our courier partner, we’ll be happy to reschedule your delivery.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during promotions or holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Unforeseen events (e.g. weather, courier delays)

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos of the item(s) and packaging to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
